As a creative industry leader with a passion for education and business, she has grown and shaped the beauty industry with her creative vision and ability to bring it to market through education and strategic accountability across all business environments. Her many strengths include trend forecasting, educational content creation, consumer driven marketing, editorial stylist, master colorist, hair restoration expert and mentor.

Being an educational director for Redken and Hair Club she has written educational content that is learner focused and business driven with several accountability touch points.

Her ability to forecast trends has shaped product development, styling, color and medical hair restoration techniques. This ability along with a strong background in education and sales has allowed both Redken and Hair Club to see growth and recognition in their brand development. As a celebrity stylist and colorist, she has worked and trained the staff at Adam Broderick Salon and Spa in Ridgefield, Connecticut, Warren & Tricomi in Greenwich, Connecticut and Cutler Salons in Midtown and SoHo, New York.

Currently she is the Director of Pittsburgh Fashion Week, overseeing close to 500 volunteers with the sole purpose of supporting the emerging fashion industry of Pittsburgh while striving for inclusivity and diversity.  As a New York City Fashion Week veteran with Michael Kors, Catherine Malandro, Mark Montano, Abaeté, and Red Dress Heart Truth to name a few. She applied this experience and grew PGHFW for the past two years to include corporate sponsorships, master education and their signature PGHFW19 looks.

Collaborating with almost 20 designers and Sephora, Wella, Paul Mitchell, Pravana and TIGI to create looks of the year while providing strong industry bonds through training and branding. This year’s developmental plans include a designer’s mentoring program and stronger partnerships with its corporate sponsors and boutiques through the PGHFW alumni organization.

She continues to practice her craft as the Creative Director at ESSpa +Salon. Known for its international training in skin and hair care where “beautiful, healthy, skin and hair are a standard – not a luxury.” Behind the chair she continues to create natural child like color and cuts that represent fine art.
She shares her passion for runway hair through creative education. “Every moment is a teachable moment, not only for the staff but our guests.”
